Production Supervisor - Second Shift

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
Prysmian is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing operations on an assigned shift in our Marshall, TX facility. This role is responsible for leading hourly production employees, driving safety, quality, productivity, and delivery performance while developing a high-performing team culture. This position is also responsible for effectively managing cross-functional relationships with other departments to support effective use of manpower, materials, and equipment, as well as productivity improvement initiatives.
This position leads a team of approximately 27 employees on our 2nd shift (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM). The ideal candidate enjoys being on the manufacturing floor, coaching employees, solving problems, and driving safety, quality, and productivity performance in a fast-paced production environment.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- A result driven individual who has demonstrated ability working in a high-performance manufacturing environment.
- Experience utilizing Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and root cause analysis methodologies to improve safety, quality, productivity, and overall manufacturing performance.
- Ability to drive KPI-based performance, including safety, quality, productivity, scrap, and delivery metrics while developing and coaching production team members.
- Must be able to manage multiple tasks and deal easily with competing priorities.
- Ability to motivate, communicate and drive continuous improvement.
- Critical thinker, with strong analytical abilities.
- Strong planning, leadership, and administrative skills.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment.
- Strong MS Office and systems background.
- Previous leadership experience as a Production Supervisor, Team Lead, Lead Operator, Shift Lead, or similar manufacturing leadership role preferred.
- High school diploma or GED required.
