Brief Summary of Primary Duties:
- Communicate and administer Prysmian Group policies and procedures.
- Ensure a safe work environment at all times.
- Troubleshoot process and equipment issues.
- Coordinate between different groups such as logistics and maintenance.
- Resolve conflicts on the shop floor.
- Perform necessary clerical activities such as time or record keeping.
- Drive quality and cost saving initiatives.
- Guide, mentor, and lead shop floor associates.

Specific Skills/Training Required:
- Computer skills & ability that allow them to enter data, use email, and basic office programs.
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to use written work instructions to complete task.
- Ability to use measuring equipment –including but not limited to OD tapes, calibers, micrometers.
- Hazardous Waste Training.
- First Responders Training.
Education:
- High School/GED Diploma - required.
- Associate's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Engineering Technology, Manufacturing Technology, Industrial Technology, Machine Tool Technology, or a related technical discipline preferred.
Experience:
- 3-5 years manufacturing experience required.
- 1-3 years supervisory experience required.
- Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and manufacturing systems.
- Experience utilizing production data, KPIs, reporting tools, and operational metrics to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Lean manufacturing exposure preferred.
Safety Requirements/Physical Requirements:
- Safety shoes and glasses required when working in the production areas.
- Hearing Protection required in posted areas.
- Ability to stand 8-12 hours on concrete floors.
