What You’ll Bring:
Experience and Qualifications:
- You have a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field with 2+ years of previous HR experience (including payroll, benefits, recruiting, onboarding, HRIS transactions, and employee lifecycle processes) in a manufacturing environment.
- You are comfortable supporting a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with exceptional attention to detail and confidentiality.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office, with ADP, Workday, and SAP experience preferred.
What You’ll Do:
The HR Generalist plays a key role in maintaining HR data accuracy and supporting the team in implementing HR policies and procedures. The HR Generalist is proactive, resourceful, and committed to building a supportive and compliant workplace environment.
- Recruitment, Onboarding & Offboarding: Support full-cycle hiring activities, including recruiting coordination, onboarding, HRIS maintenance, employee transitions, and offboarding processes.
- Employee Relations & Engagement: Serve as an employee resource, supporting employee relations, conflict resolution, engagement initiatives, performance management, and workplace safety programs.
- Payroll, Benefits & Compensation: Administer payroll, attendance tracking, benefits enrollment, compensation updates, workers' compensation, and employee payroll support.
- Compliance, Policies & Legal: Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies, manage leave and claims programs, support audits, and assist with strategic HR initiatives.
- Administration & Record-Keeping: Maintain employee records, HR reporting, purchasing activities, training coordination, and general HR administrative operations.
